Did I answer your question about cost share?
You can include any site support (estimate the cost of space each day--what it cost to have the school open). Basically, anything related to your course that cost someone money that we didn't pay you can count, but we need a dollar amount and signature. You can estimate high and get the administrator to sign it. I have the packing list from the textbooks, but there's no dollar figure on it, which UVA will require to certify the cost share. Can you get me a copy of that?

Tammy, check the Open Institute group wall for meeting info as you guys try to arrange something. As for the books from Bedford/St Martins, the rep is Rebecca Forrest and her email is rforest@bfwpub.com. Those books target secondary-college but your elementary teachers might be interested in them, anyway.

Tammy, are you sure you want all of your supplies money to go toward your book? If we cap your OI at 20 that's still over the supplies allotment. Perhaps ask the publishing company if they'll cut you a break; they may send some free copies your way given that you're working for a non profit organization. Also, let me know everything you think you're going to need so we'll know how much over we need to go.
